Book airport transfer online
Important information
Please note the following information about your transfer.
Telephone
Dear passengers, please switch on your telephone after landing so that your driver can reach you.
Meeting point
Upon your arrival at Vienna International Airport, your driver will contact you by telephone. Your chauffeur will then inform you of the exact meeting point.
Waiting time
For pick-ups from the airport, 1.5 hours waiting time is included free of charge. (For journeys to the airport, up to 10 minutes waiting time is free of charge, after that €5.00 is charged for every 5 minutes or part thereof).
Sundays and public holidays
No additional charges for journeys on Sundays and public holidays!
Transportation with children
For journeys with children, we provide child seats or booster seats free of charge on request.
